Seven Layer Salad

This Seven Layer Salad recipe is great to make ahead for get-togethers or potlucks. The dressing is mixed in so it’s ready to serve!

Seven Layer Salad

Servings: 12 Servings
Prep Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 heads Iceberg or Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup quartered Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced Radishes
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 jar Bacon Bits
  • 2 cans sliced Water Chestnuts
  • 1/2 English Cucumbers, sliced thin
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Mix Miracle Whip and sugar together. Set aside.
  2. Set aside 1/4 cup of cheese. Layer half of vegetables, cheese, and dressing then sprinkle with Bacon Bits. Layer second half of ingredients. Top with reserved Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Bacon Bits.
